Bad Design

So me and my room mate started doing pilates awhile back on this grabone deal, we fell in love with our instructor and have been going ever since :) The place is in a physical therapy clinic as well, and its just oliva and tyrus that run the place, its in this crappy old unit in a sort of run down looking building in unnanderra- unfortunately their website is much the same as their location! Which is sad, cause its something that can be easily avoided, i often think of offering to re-do their website, i swear i could make a free one on wix.com better than the one they have hahah

anyway, so they recently upgraded to this online booking system, which seems like a great idea, and they are so excited about it we had to go check it out- about 10 clicks later we registered for a class! quite rediculous, and i'm pretty sure than an un-savy internet user would have no clue how to find it through the mess of links and drop down menus :S This is not to mention the look of the website too, which offers a bright blue backdrop with an extremely poor photoshopped picture of a guy getting worked on who incidentally now has no ears...poor guy! hahah

this is a funny situation, we love this place and will always go back cause the people and the service are great- but if we hadnt of gotten that grabone deal, there is no way we would have gone there based on the website alone- how many times have you based a decision on something you googled on their website?? i know i do it all the time- too bad! these companies should take this class :P
